Hi, my name is Laura. I am
the Director of Skribbles Learning Center located at 172 Otis
Street. I graduated with an
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mass. Bay Community
College. I've worked in the Early Childhood field for seven years.
During my classroom years, I have worked with preschool, private kindergarten
and after school programs.
I live in Gardner with my best friend,
Janine, my troublesome cat, Tigger, and Janine's cuddly cat, Princess.
In my spare time I love to hang out with my friends and family. I
also like to watch sports and take my cat for walks on his leash (yes, his
leash). People will describe me as friendly, outgoing, and always
willing to lend a helping hand.
As a preschool teacher at Skribbles, I
prepare your children for kindergarten by encouraging them to develop
their self-help skills, introducing them to basic writing skills, and by
creating and expressing themselves through arts and crafts. As a
Director, I promise to watch out for the well-being of your
children while under my direction. I look
forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the wonderful world of
